Non refundable booking retainer fee that goes towards your appointment, it can be transferred if moved before the 48 hours.
If you need to reschedule within the 48 hours of your appointment, you will need to pay another retainer fee.
No call no shows will need to pay 100% of missed appointment before next appointment.
